Hello! My name is Ilyssia (they/them). You can also call me Ily – it rhymes with silly!

I’m a prairie-grown educator and mixed-media illustrator currently living among mountains in the unceded Musqueam, Coast Salish, and Tsleil-Waututh territories known as Vancouver, BC.

Enamoured with myth, music, and history, I also pull inspiration from adventure video games, psychological thrillers, and literary fiction. I love working with a blend of eerie subject matter and colourful compositions, highlighting my favourite genres: kids’ lit and gig poster/merch design.
